The apartments are situated in a very calm neighborhood in Penzing (14th district), in a well-kept historical Viennese building with a view into a lovely garden and pleasant indoor climate, even in midsummer. The house is located in close proximity (5 minutes by foot) to the UNESCO World Heritage Site “Schönbrunn Palace” and its gardens, which are at the same time a perfect place for relaxing and a good starting point for sightseeing in Vienna.

In terms of traffic, the apartments are almost perfectly situated, to reach the beautiful city center of Vienna in approximately 15 minutes by subway (U4) on the one hand and on the other hand to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city to nature in just a few minutes. You will see that it is not for nothing that in 2018, Vienna got elected for the most livable city in the world for the ninths successive time. – enjoy the high quality of living in Vienna!
